A list of Hotels from various categories is provided. The indicated rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast, VAT and taxes and are valid at the moment of printing. They are subject to change.

How to Make a Reservation |
| To make a hotel reservation
please complete and return to the official Travel Agency the Hotel Reservation
Form together with the required deposit (one night accommodation) plus the reservation fee
of EURO 20,00.
|
| Please Note |
| Rooms at the various hotels will
be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms not be available, double
rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. MGR Travel reserves the right to book another
hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.

| Arrival and Departure |
| Should booking dates not be
indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on June 13th and
departure on June 17th. The rooms booked will be available to the participants
for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the
deposit and reservation will be automatically cancelled.

| How to pay |
| Hotel deposit should be paid by
cheque in EURO, made out to MGR Travel and sent together with the Hotel
Reservation Form, or by credit card (American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

| Cancellations and Refunds |
| For cancellations received by MGR
Travel no later than April 15th, 2003, the hotel deposit will be reimbursed,
minus EURO 20,00 for registration expenses. No refunds can be made for
cancellations received after this date. All amounts will be settled after the Congress
|

of the congress. MGR Travel will be glad to quickly help you to identify
the best solutions, venues, services in order to obtain a complete and
integrated service as far as your attendance to ESH 2003 is concerned.
