Registration Fees

All fee are requested in Euro. Registration will be processed only if accompanied by total payment.

Participant Younger than 35*	EURO 350

*born after April 1, 1966, please enclose photocopy of an identity document

PLEASE NOTE
After May 15, 2001, sponsor who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of Euro 36 (VAT 20% included) per name change. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases.
After June 5, 2001, name changes and new registrations will have to be made on site.

Methods of Payment

Payment should be made in Euros by one of the following methods:

1) By bank transfer

The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and should clearly state "Eleventh European Meeting on Hypertension"

2) By bank cheque

The cheque should be made out in Euro to AISC and should be forwarded together with the Registration Form.

3) By Credit Card

All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Master Card, Diners). Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the Registration Form.

4) By Internet

It is available an "on line" resitration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode "verisign" and "SSB"

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations received before May 15^th, 2001, will be refunded less 20%. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to any refund. All amounts will be settled after the Congress
