Scientific Information

Slides, Projections and Videos
All the Rooms during the Meeting will be provided with double slide projection and PC data projection equipment.
Slide projections will be made only from 24x36 Leica format slides.
All slides, mounted on plastic frames, must be handed over to the Slide Office at least thirty minutes before the beginning of the session and should be directly collected by the Speakers at the end of the session.

Regarding the PC data projection, files must be prepared in Power Point format on a floppy disk 1.44 or CD-ROM.
The disk or the CD-ROM must be delivered at least one hour before the beginning of the session, directly to the technician in the Room where the Speakers will have their presentations and should be directly collected by Speakers at the end of the session.

VHS video projection (PAL, SECAM, NTSC systems) may be available on request and by prior agreement with the Secretariat. Intention to use such format should be notified at least one month prior to the Organizing Secretariat.

Slide Preview
There will be three Slide Offices operating during the Main Meeting: 1) at the University of Milan for the Aula Magna;
2) at the Fondazione Cardinal Schuster for the Auditorium Pio XII; 3) at the Assolombarda for the Assolombarda Auditorium.

Poster Sessions
Posters will be displayed in the University premises.
Poster will be mounted on poster boards (size: height 120 cm x width 190 cm) the whole day (08.30-17.00 hrs.) of the scheduled presentation.
Special attention to posters will be during lunch-time (12.30-15.30 hrs.) on June 16, 17 and 18, 2001. During that time, posters should be attended 1 the authors.

Certificates of Attendance
Attendance certificates will be issued on request to all regularly registered participants at the Secretariat Desk at the end of the Meeting.
