| A list of Hotels from various categories is provided below. The indicated rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast, VAT and taxes and are valid at the moment of printing. They are subject to change. |
How to Make a Reservation |
| To make a hotel reservation please complete and return to the official Travel Agency the Hotel Reservation Form together with the required deposit (one night accommodation) plus the reservation fee of ITL 30.000/EURO 15,49 |
| Please Note |
| Rooms at the various hotels will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. MGR Travel reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked. |
| Arrival and Departure |
| Should booking dates not be indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on June 14th and departure on June 19th. The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservation will be automatically cancelled. |
| How to pay |
| Hotel deposit should be paid by cheque in Italian Liras or EUROs, made out to MGR Travel and sent together with the Hotel Reservation Form, or by credit card (American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). |
| Name changes |
| After June1, 2001, participants who wish to make name changes on room reservations will be charged a handling fee of Euro 36 (VAT 20% included) per name change. A new accommodation form for each replacememnt participant will be required before the name change can be processed. |
| Cancellations and Refunds |
| For cancellations received by MGR Travel not lather than April 13, 2001, the hotel deposit will be reimbursed, minus ITL 30.000/EURO 15,49 for registration expenses. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. All amounts will be settled after the Congress |
